Nowoczesne, geometryczne wnętrze pełne klasy.
Budynek restauracji M15 zlokalizowany jest przy łazienkach północnych Sopotu. Drewniany pawilon znajduje się w ustronnym miejscu tuż przy plaży, w bezpośrednim kontakcie z zieloną otuliną drzew i wydmowych roślin. Dzięki wysokim, otwartym witrynom otoczenie wkrada się tu do wnętrza. Siedząc w środku można podziwiać brzeg morza Bałtyckiego lub ukoić się zielenią pobliskiego parku. Z założenia to za dnia przyjazne rodzinom miejsce, wieczorem staje się wyrafinowaną restauracją i koktajl barem.
Jako ideę obraliśmy relację między wschodem a zachodem wykorzystując szereg pasów w dwóch kolorach układających się w gradient. Jednym z głównych elementów definiujących przestrzeń jest bar. Obudowa została zaprojektowana z drewnianych, dwubarwnych szczebli w kolorach jasnego pudru i głębokiego granatu. Kolejne elementy wnętrza podporządkowane są rytmowi dwóch odcieni a przełamują je elementy mosiężne nadające restauracji charakteru. Krzesła, tkaniny, ściany konsekwentnie dobrane są w odpowiedniej barwie. Linię wnętrza podkreślają autorskie meble: welurowa ława, duży stół barowy, podwieszane półki na alkohol czy charakterystyczny regał oddzielający jadalnię od mniej formalnej, kawowej części z kanapami i pufami. We wnętrzu dominuje geometryczna powtarzalność. Obły wysoki stół współgra z regałem, oparciem kanapy, kształtem półek. Ta smaczna kompozycja kształtów sprawia, że wnętrze jest spójne i klasyczne w wyrazie. Dla letnich klientów dostępny jest także spory taras z fontanną i strefą odpoczynku.
M15 specjalizuje się w nowoczesnej kuchni polskiej według autorskich przepisów szefa Adama Gabryszaka. Karta układana jest w zgodzie z dostępnością w danym sezonie ekologicznych i regionalnych produktów. Co ważne autorska kuchnia podawana jest na niebywale urodziwej cętkowanej zastawie, dobranej indywidualnie do każdej z potraw. Uczta wszystkich zmysłów gwarantowana.

Modern, geometric interior full of class.
M15 Restaurant is located in the green buffer of the main touristic area of Sopot. The wooden pavilion is located in a secluded spot just by the beach, away from the crowded centre. The beach and the greenery of trees and dune plants, thanks to the high and open windows, comes crashing into the interior. Sitting inside, we can admire the coast of the Baltic Sea or soak up the greenery of a nearby park. As a matter of fact, it is a family-friendly place in the daytime, which becomes a refined restaurant and cocktail bar in the evening. Between the sunrise and sunset, the character of the place changes.
As a core of the design, we chose the relationship between the sunrise and sunset using a gradient. One of the main elements defining the space is the bar. The panelling of the bar is made from wooden two-tone rungs – light powder to deep navy colour, it creates a gradient starting from light powder to deep navy blue colour. Subsequent elements of the interior are subordinated to the rhythm of these two tones and what complements it are the brass elements that add the exclusive line to the place. Chairs, fabrics, walls are consistently selected in the leading colour set. The character of the interior is emphasized by dedicated designed furniture: a velour bench, a large bar table, alcohol shelves, and a distinctive shelving separating the dining area from the less formal, low coffee section with sofas and puffs. What dominates the design is the geometric repetitiveness. The oval high table stays in harmony with the shelving, the backrest of the couch, the shape of the shelves. This delicious composition of shapes makes the interior very coherent and classic in the expression. For summer customers there is also a large terrace with a fountain and a rest area available.
M15 specializes in modern Polish cuisine on behalf of the chef Adam Gabryszak. The Menu is arranged in accordance with the availability of ecological and regional products of the season. Chefs specials are served on an incredibly beautiful, cantered platter, individually selected for each dish. Feast of all senses guaranteed.
